I disappeared!

Hey! Long time no see! I have been sooooo busy lately! As usual, I have too much on my plate. I started homeschooling Parker and he actually comes to me and says, "Can I do homeschooling now?" So cool! I'm taking it slow and relaxing in the beginning, so he doesn't feel forced to do anything. He IS still a little young. I want him to WANT to learn! And so far, it is working. He is so proud of himself right now, because he can read the word "STOP". He knows how to sound it out, but he forgets what the "T" is called. He always says, "what's that second letter?"
We have a bunch of computer games for learning, but most are too old for him still. He wants to play them and then has to have me do it all. When I try to get him to play the younger games, he says, "but those don't teach me anything. I'm not learning." I explained that those younger games still teach him by working his thinking part of his brain. So now, he will pick out one of those games and say, "I want to teach my brain." So funny.
Of course, I am doing a million other things right now, too. So I will try to post again soon, but don't hold it against me if I don't!
